Nondiscrimination / Anti-Harassment Policy

The Bluegrass & Old Time Music Association of New Jersey, Inc. (BOTMA) is committed to maintaining an environment at its events and activities in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. It believes that each individual has the right to participate in those events and activities in an atmosphere that prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices, including discrimination or harassment based upon an individual’s gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, or any other legally protected characteristic. Thus, BOTMA expects that the environment at BOTMA’s events and activities will be free of bias, prejudice and harassment, and any discrimination or harassment in violation of this policy will not be tolerated.

Any person who has questions or concerns about these policies should address them with an officer or trustee of BOTMA.
